EQUIPMENTAND IMAGE
The image of our Security officers is an important reflection on our   Organization.  They are issued with uniforms, fire arms, handcuffs,   communication devices, torches, batons, etc.  A fully operational 24 –   hour Control Room is in place.  We can also install equipment such as   CCTV Surveillance cameras on site.  The client may of course require us   to operate existing facilities instead.

 
 

MODE OF OPERATION
Supervisors monitor the progress of Officers at all sites and report to the Operations Manager.  The Operations Manager is always in contact with the Supervisors through radio and mobile communications to assess the effectiveness of the services provided by Officer on duty.  We have competent people responsible for Operations as well as Services.  They ensure that there is ongoing communication with clients.  Appropriate action is always taken – during the whole term to respond to the clients needs.

 
         
                 

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
All our Security Personnel have undergone intensive training at an accredited Training Center, in accordance with the Private Security Industry Regulator Authority (PSIRA),  All our officer have a minimum education level of Grade Ten and are Security cleared by the South African Police Services. All have PSIRA clearance in terms of Section 10 (1) of the Security Officers Act, Act 92 of 1987.  We are registered with the Compensation Commissioner, the Unemployment Insurance Fund and with the Public Liability Insurance.  Our Officers are remunerated in accordance with the Security Officers Wage Determination Act.
